Refund and Returns
We aim to provide each individual a taylor made pair of Hot spectacles of high quality and to the highest British standards and will insure the quality control of your lenses will be made to the highest standard.
You may return your new spectacles/contact lenses unopened 14 days after delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly refund you within 14 working days no quibble no fuss whatsoever. We will require you to send the glasses/contact lenses to our head office and receive a proof of postage from the post office as we will not take any responsibility for lost spectacles/contact lenses.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of returning your package to the returns delivery services such as Royal Mail. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. On some occassions the refund may take longer due to the time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
