If you paid with a credit card we will bill your card for the difference in price or credit your card if there is a credit. Shipping fees will be charged once again.

Prescription special order items cannot be refunded. If you desire a frame exchange and the lenses need to be remade, then we will recharge for the lenses and if the frame is of a higher value than your previous order. Postage will also apply. We advise you have proof of postage or recorded delivery of each return as we will not be held liable for loss of any items.
The purchase must be sent back to us in the same condition as when we sent the item to you.
